Android — Data Deletion

No account to delete. MyWrntee for Android does not require an account or sign-in. Your data is stored locally on your device only — we never store your data on our servers.

Since all your data stays on your device, you have full control over it. No email request is needed — you can delete everything directly from the app.

How to Delete Your Data

Delete All Data (In-App)

  1. Open MyWrntee on your Android device.
  2. Go to Settings > Data Management.
  3. Tap Delete All Data.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This permanently removes all warranty items, groups, photos, documents, and claims from the app.

Uninstall the App

  1. Long-press the MyWrntee app icon on your Home Screen.
  2. Tap Uninstall and confirm.
  3. This removes the app and all local data from your device.

Your privacy: We have zero access to your data. Everything stays on your device. There are no servers, no accounts, and nothing to request deletion of — you own and control all your data.

Apple — Data Deletion

No account to delete. MyWrntee for Apple (iPhone, iPad, Mac & Apple Watch) does not require an account or sign-in. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account — we never store your data on our servers.

Since all your data stays on your device and your private iCloud, you have full control over it. No email request is needed — you can delete everything directly from the app.

How to Delete Your Data

Delete All Data (In-App)

  1. Open MyWrntee on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
  2. Go to Settings > Data Management.
  3. Tap Delete All Data.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This permanently removes all warranty items, groups, photos, documents, and claims from the app.

Remove iCloud Synced Data

  1. On your device, go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.
  2. Find MyWrntee and tap Delete Data.
  3. This removes all MyWrntee data from iCloud and all synced devices.

Uninstall the App

  1. Long-press the MyWrntee app icon on your Home Screen.
  2. Tap Remove App > Delete App.
  3. This removes the app and all local data from your device.
